Ps4 keeps downloading the same download over again

 · This is driving me nuts. I have my PS4 set to NOT download any system updates at all. Yes every single time I power it up, the latest update begins downloading automatically. But you can keep your PS4 on low power mode and it will still download your game as long as you have internet connection.
